1. Service Description

LensBrief is a Chrome browser extension and web service providing instant contextual explanations powered by artificial intelligence. The service is operated through the official domain getlensbrief.com.

2. Plans & Pricing

LensBrief offers a Freemium structure across three tiers:

• Free Plan: Complimentary access including 10 instant lookups per day (resets at 00:00 UTC) and 5 free Deep Dive credits upon account creation.
• Plus Monthly Plan ($3.99 / month): Unlimited instant lookups and 100 Deep Dive credits renewed each billing month.
• Plus Annual Plan ($29.99 / year): Unlimited instant lookups and 1,200 Deep Dive credits for a full 12-month period.

3. Billing & Payment Processing

Paid subscriptions are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Dodo Payments' Terms of Sale. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account management portal or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. In accordance with digital goods consumer regulations, statutory withdrawal rights apply provided the service has not been fully delivered.

5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

Users agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the extension, circumvent quota restrictions, or execute denial-of-service (DoS) attacks on our infrastructure. LensBrief reserves the right to suspend any account violating these rules.
